My background in architecture taught me to move between the whole and the detail. Over more than 15 years, my practice has expanded into brand and creative strategy, connecting what an organization stands for with how people experience it.
As Design Director at Rapt Studio, I lead 13 multidisciplinary designers across seven concurrent projects. I am accountable for project profitability and internal resources, guide client relationships and team development, and contribute to business development.

My role is to make the ambition clear, give the team useful criteria, and help resolve the decisions that shape the work. I lead through shared language, constructive critique, and close attention to how the idea becomes a real experience.
I use critique to explain why a choice matters and bring client feedback into the design process. Shared criteria give specialists room to contribute while helping the team resolve competing priorities.
